Family decides on a full gut remodel of a 1970’s basement to accommodate their growing teen children to make their home is the place where everyone wants to hang out.

• Removed dated paneling and replaced with fresh new drywall and provide insulation for interior comfort.

• Replace entire bathroom from studs while correcting not-to-code plumbing & venting issues.

• Upgraded electric panel and Improved lighting throughout basement.

• Replaced dated bar counter with a full modern kitchenette.

• Remodeled the existing dark laundry room into a bright space with a new custom stone topped folding table with an integrated utility sink

The end result created a comfortable media entertainment space with home theater, pool table, exercise and craft areas for the family. We were able to throw in a home office as well.
